We don't offer returns. Every unit is tested by us before it is dispatched from the warehouse, so what we send you has already been checked.

Why there are no returns

Before an order leaves our warehouse, we test the unit ourselves and make sure it works. Because of this, we don't accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered, and we don't offer a warranty after delivery.

Before you order

Since an order can't be returned, please make sure it's the right one for you:

Check the product page for the length, colour and what's in the box.
Not sure which one suits your setup? Ask us on WhatsApp and we'll help you choose.
Check your delivery address and phone number at checkout so the courier can reach you.
