What we collect

When you place an order, we ask for:

• Your name and phone number
• Your delivery address and district
• Your email address, only if you choose to give one
• The items you ordered and how you chose to pay

What we don't collect

There are no customer accounts and no passwords. We don't ask for card details on this website, and it doesn't use advertising or analytics trackers.

Why we collect it

Only to confirm your order, deliver it to you, and help you if something comes up with it. If you give an email address, we use it to send your order confirmation.

Who sees it

We don't sell, rent or hand over your details to anyone for marketing or any other purpose. Nothing is collected or distributed without your consent.

To deliver your parcel, the courier needs your name, phone number and address, so those are passed on when your order is dispatched. By placing an order you agree to this.

Order records are stored with the hosting and database services that run this website, and confirmation emails go out through an email service. They handle your details only on our behalf.

Your cart

Items in your cart are saved in your own browser, on your own device, until you place an order or clear them. We don't see your cart until you check out.

WhatsApp

When you message us on WhatsApp, we use your number only to reply to you. WhatsApp's own privacy policy covers how they handle messages. The contact form on this site doesn't store anything: it opens WhatsApp with your message ready to send.

Technical data

To keep the website safe from spam and abuse, we may briefly use technical details such as your IP address to limit repeated requests. We don't use it to identify you.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by messaging us on WhatsApp (070 296 1924).

If we change how we handle your details, we'll update this page and the date above.
